Once you've approved the quote, we confirm the order with the supplier and organise delivery. We keep you updated throughout and handle any issues on your behalf. You deal with us, not with a supplier you've never met.

For a business asking you to commit money to goods sourced from overseas, trust is everything. Here is exactly what happens on every order.
We send you a written quote with the product description, unit cost, total, lead time and delivery terms. Nothing is ordered until you confirm in writing. No surprises.
Our on-the-ground sourcing teams in Turkey, China and Germany inspect goods and send you photos before the shipment leaves. If something is wrong, we fix it before it ships — not after it arrives.
You pay Aurex Sourcing Ltd (company no. 16944902), a UK company registered in Bradford. You are not wiring money to an overseas supplier you have never met. We own the supplier relationship; you deal with us.
For most orders we work on a deposit-on-order, balance-on-dispatch basis. The exact split is confirmed in your quote. We never ask for full payment before goods are inspected and ready to ship.
MOQs vary by product. As a guide: custom-branded toiletries from around 500 units per product; stocked toiletry lines from one carton (typically 48–144 units); bedding from one pallet. FF&E is quoted per project. Tell us what you need and we will tell you if it is achievable at your volume.
Stocked lines: 1–2 weeks UK delivery. Custom branded products: 4–8 weeks depending on specification and origin. FF&E: 6–12 weeks. We always give you a firm lead time with your quote so you can plan accordingly.
We source at our negotiated supplier cost and add a margin, which is built into the price we quote you. We do not charge a separate brokerage fee or commission. The price in your quote is what you pay — no hidden charges on top.
Yes. For custom-branded orders especially, we recommend requesting a sample before committing to a full production run. Note that sample charges and shipping apply; these are credited against your order if you proceed. Include a sample request in your enquiry and we will confirm availability and cost.
